During1957 sufficient Sadh sangat of village Karandi had been bestowed with Gurumantra. They jointly requested Bepawah ji Maharaj to grant them permission for an ashram and then a Sat sang in their village. The coveted permission was granted. 8 acres of land was purchased nearby and the ashram became ready shortly with 2 rooms, Gufa, kitchen, chaubara and boundary all round. Its name was given as ’Dera Sacha Sauda Satpura Dham’. Sat sang at Karandi was performed in a grand manner later by Beparwah Shehn Shah ji Maharaj.
Once Hazur Pita Ji came here and finding shortage of irrigation water ordered for sinking a bore, which yielded sweet water.
