Free Legal Aid, Blood Donation and Medical Checkup Camps at Dera Sacha Sauda

Highlights of the Camp:-

• 10 Blood Bank Teams collected 3,040 units.
• 2550 patients underwent free medical check up.
• 290 people got benefitted with free legal aid.

On the auspicious Incarnation Month of Revered Saint Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan, a mega Blood Donation Camp, 82nd Free Medical Camp (Jan Kalyan Parmarthi Shivir) and 5th Free Legal Aid (Welfare Activity namely Free Entitlement) were successfully organized in the Ashram premises on August 2, 2014. The camps were inaugurated by His Excellency Saint Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan by joining of ribbons, a practice customary and unique to this institution. 10 blood bank teams from Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, Maharashra, Uttrakhand, Punjab and Bihar reached to collect the blood in this voluntary Blood Donation Camp. Specialists and super specialists rendered their services free of cost for heart, cancer, and diabetic patients. Besides, ENT specialists, gynecologists, dermatologists, and nephrologists extended helping hand for the needy patients. Also, the patients were provided with free medicines.

In the Free Legal Aid Camp, 75 advocates from Haryana, Punjab, Delhi, and U.P. rendered their legal services to the needy people. 2,550 people underwent free medical check up and 290 were benefited with the free legal services. At inauguration ceremony of the camp, His Holiness Guruji asked the well beings of the blood donors and the doctors reached there for rendering their services in the camp and gave them bountiful of blessings. Volunteers were passionate to donate blood and were making the serpentine queues to wait for their turn. Separate tables were installed for ladies and gents for the blood donation camp. Legal services regarding land acquisition, insurance and claim, services related consumers and other related matters were provided free of charge in the Legal Aid Camp.

Pitampura Blood Bank under the leadership of Dr. Sangram Singh, Lifeline Blood Bank Hanumangarh (Rajasthan), Sanjivani Blood Bank (Bikaner) under the guidance of Dr. Kartar Singh, Lifeline Blood Bank Nagpur (Maharashtra) under the leadership of Dr. Ravi, Sainath Blood Bank Nagpur (Maharashtra) under the leadership of Dr. Ashish Khandelwal, DMC Blood Bank Ludhiana (Punjab) under the guidance of Dr. Tarun, IMA Blood Bank Uttrakhand (Dehradun) under the leadership of Dr. Piyush Goyal, Civil Hospital Sirsa (Haryana) under the leadership of Dr. Deep and Ashwani, Civil Hospital (Hisar) under the guidance of Dr. Jogender and Govt. Blood Bank Samastipur (Bihar) reached over there to collect the blood.

Khanna (New Delhi), Dr. Sanjay Chopra, Dr. Reeta Bedi (Sri Ganganagar), Dentist Dr. Lalit, Dr. Brahm Singh Chauhan, Dr. vikram Singh, Dr. Ashish, Dr. Nardeep, General surgeon Dr. Pankaj Garg, Dr. C.M. Khanna, Dr. Jai Kirtani, Eyes specialist Dr. Dinesh Talwar, Dr. Jyoti, Dr. M.P. Singh C.M.O. of Shah Satnam Ji Specialty Hospital, Dr. Ashok Insan, Dr. Punit Insan, Dr. Ashok Insan, Dr. Vedika Insan, and other paramedical staff rendered their services.

Rajender Singh Saraan, Sh. Kewal Brar Insan, Sh. Vipin Badhawan, Sj. Subhash Makkar, Sh. Suraj Bhan, Sh. Surjeet Bhardwaj, Ms. Usha Insan (Hapur, U.P.), Sh. Bakshish Thind Insan, Ms. Gurpreet Kaur, Sh. Deepak Gupta, and 75 other advocates form Punjab, Haryana, Delhi and Rajasthan also gave their services.
