Since the heavy rain and flood had played the havoc across Uttrakhand, the animals threatened by it, still await for help for rehabilitation. On seeing this, Dera Sacha Sauda, the leading organization in humanitarian activities sent third lot of fodder to the victims which was flagged off by His Eminence Saint Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan on August 27, 2013. This time seven trucks of fodder have been sent to the Uttrakhand flood affected areas. Whole of this relief material would be distributed in Laksar and Khanpur, Haridwar (Uttrakhand). Noteworthy, Dera Sacha Sauda had already mobilized seven trucks of fodder in the areas of Khanpur, Haridwar on June 21, 2013 too. Also, 33 canters and a team of 15 specialist doctors were sent to the different areas of Guptkashi on July 9, 2013. The above said team distributed ration to 10,000 families and arranged medical camps & gave medicines to 2500 people. Revered Guruji gave the green signal to the trucks by conferring immense blessings. On the occasion, He said, " It is always harmful to interrupt the nature cycle. On following the nature, nature indeed will be in your favour. There was a great demand for the fodder form the affected areas. Cow and many other animals are helplessly dying due to the lack of food. The volunteers of Shah Satnam Ji Green 'S' Welfare Force Wing along with the local residents of Uttrakhand will give the helping hand in distributing the relief material. Several teams have been sent there to assess the needs of the victims. If there would be a need of getting the homes constructed for them, Dera volunteers would definitely rush to meet their needs. Moreover, still if any need arises in future, Dera will surely take the necessary measures to provide relief to the distressed ones. The toll of humanitarian activities being pursued by Dera Sacha sauda mounts to 100." It is worthy to mention here that many passionate volunteers of Shah Satnam Ji Green 'S' Wefare Force Wing have also been sent to Uttrakhand to distribute the relief material and to provide assistance to the victims.
