Dera Sacha Sauda Stall at NGO Asia Expo, Mumbai Attracts Tremendous Excitement

The NGO Asia Expo is a unique platform where representatives of NGOs meet, examine issues of global concern, share ideas, practice and build partnerships. Professional experts add practical trainings to help the NGOs become more effective in carrying out their message and mission. This is an ideal podium for every organization to increase awareness about their social efforts and initiatives and a network opportunity for the participants from multi-disciplinary backgrounds engaged in social practice. This is the perfect platform to portray the work of an organization to the various corporations and establish tie-ups with them. Dera Sacha Sauda showcased in the premiere exhibition for NGOs held at World Trade Centre, Mumbai, the Financial Capital of India on August 27-28, 2014. Several entrepreneurs and representatives of many NGOs visited the stall. Here, the 104 welfare activities being pursued by the Ashram were showcased in a very fabulous manner. Ms. Kiran Chahal Insan narrated about Dera Sacha Sauda to everyone present over there. People were excited to know the humanitarian activities being pursued by the Ashram. She told each and everything in detail and everyone appreciated the endeavours of Dera. Foreign tourists were just amazed and marvelled to see the literature of Ashram. Ms. Komal, Ms. Manju, Ms. Harsha, Ms. Suhma, Ms. Reeta and Mr. Sukhchain presented a Choreography to depict the Dera's endeavours for women empowerment. Every eye was welled up with tears to watch the documentary on Shubh Devi, female feticide and many others activities. Essar Foundation, JSPL, Max India Group, Raimand, and Habitat for Humanity, were the participants of Panel discussion. Representatives from Sulabh International were pleased to get acquainted with the activities of Dera Sacha Sauda and they promised to visit Sirsa Ashram along with their 1200 students. Vikas Insan, Arsh Insan, Punit Insan, Beantpal Insan, Kapil Insan, Surinder Insan, Rohit Jain, Vipul, Ritesh Insan, Kiran Insan, Jyoti Insan and many other volunteers were present during the whole presentation.
