Vegetarian Food gives peace to heart

Vegetarian food contains fiber and antioxidants which keep diseases like cancer away. In an American research, it was found that non-vegetarian food affects the mood of the man. It increases the violent tendency, irritation and restlessness. This fact is even written in scriptures thousands of years ago that the mind becomes what it eats. In the field of vegetarianism Dera Sacha Sauda is playing an important role.
