As earlier, this year as well, the sprawling grounds of Shah Satnam Shah Mastan Ji Dham & Manavta Bhalayi Kendra, Dera Sacha Sauda, Sirsa hosted a mega free eye camp that witnessed an extraordinary surge of humanitarian efforts by dedicated volunteers and specialized doctors.
Organized in the pious remembrance of Revered Shah Satnam Singh Ji Maharaj, these camps are empowering those who cannot readily approach specialists or afford essential eye care. It has indeed become a boon.
Thousands have found solace and regained their sight through the dedicated efforts of organizers, volunteers, and healthcare professionals. The camp not only provides medical services but also fosters a sense of community, as individuals from diverse backgrounds come together for a common cause.
The 32nd free eye camp marked a significant chapter, conducting eye examinations for a total of 8,882 patients. It comprised 3,404 men and 5,478 women. Post-examinations, 313 patients were selected for eye surgeries, encompassing 278 cataract surgeries and 35 glaucoma surgeries. Among these, 233 cataract surgeries and 28 glaucoma surgeries have already been successfully performed, contributing to the overall impact of this remarkable initiative.
