23rd September 1990, the day when Revered Shah Satnam Ji Maharaj handed over the divine reign to HIS Holiness Saint Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan has been embossed with golden words in the history of Dera Sacha Sauda. The day is celebrated as "Maha-Paropkar Diwas" every year with great pomp & show. This year too, heavy preparations are going on for celebrating the occasion. The whole Ashram is being ornated with beautiful lightings, decorative welcome gates and banners all around. All the devotees can be seen very excited and delighted with joy for the pious day.
The celebrations will start on 23rd September, 2013 at 9.30 AM and will be continued till the evening. It's worth mentioning that Dera Sacha Sauda is renowned for its unique custom of celebrating every occasion by conducting humanitarian activities. In the same series, a new practice was established by Revered Guru Ji last year of honoring Dera Sacha Sauda volunteers (who devotedly and selflessly render their services to humanity); Social workers; Freedom fighters; and families of martyrs with "Supreme MSG" Awards. The awards were categorized as "Upkari Yodha", "Jazba-e-Sajda", "True Passion", "Veerangna-e-Satgur", "Adol Aashiq-e-Satgur", "Yodha-e-Satgur" and many more. Conventionally, trophies will be awarded to volunteers this year too. All are cordially invited to be a part of this super celebration of Maha-Paropkar Diwas at Shah Satnam Ji Dham, Dera Sacha Sauda, Sirsa on Monday, September 23, 2013.
