The conflicts in families are a common matter today due to which society is becoming increasingly fragmented. The disruption of families amounts to social instability. Guruji is extremely keen that the institution of marriage should be strengthened and stabilized in the larger interest of society. The local arbitration and dispute resolution committees have been formed at the district level comprising of responsible volunteers. In several cases, even matters that are not sorted in courts are amicably settled on the community platform. Several matters with the potential of serious litigation are solved, at a nascent stage. Hundreds of cases involving the separation of husband and wife have been amicably settled till date. Even cases pertaining to financial transactions are also sorted out. The spirit is that community redressal mechanisms should help people avoid legal troubles.

At every level, there are empowered teams to interact, deliberate and decide.
