Meditation and Selfless Services are Necessary to Control Negative Thoughts

"When the man starts getting Divine love his past birth's accumulated bad deeds get nullified. Soul becomes capable to get the divine vision and get the happiness internally as well as externally." Above sermons were delivered by Revered Saint Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan (addressed as "Pitaji" by more than 50 million followers presently) at Shah Satnam ji Dham Sirsa. To get control over your negative thoughts it is mandated to meditate and render selfless services. Without controlling negative thoughts it is quite difficult to meditate. Therefore, one is required to meditate while sitting, sauntering, laying or doing daily chores of life. In this way, you would become capable to get the holy grace and compassion.

Revered Saint Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan exhorts that God, Almighty has thousands of names but is surprised to see that He was one, He is one and will remains the same too. There is no such place where He does not exist or does not bestow the holy grace. This is different matter that few people get it while a section of people remains devoid of it. Rain might be of nectar or of water but if the vessel is empty and straight then it would be filled up. On the contrary, if the vessel is kept obliquely or just in the opposite direction then it would remain empty. Same way, if the man follows the holy sermons and render selfless services it means he would be brimmed full of grace and compassion. If it is oblique (occasionally complies with the sacred preaching) then sometimes he gets happiness while other times he does not. Those who never follow the holy sermons and even deny with the existence of God they have to afflict a lot due to their committed deeds and remain sad and depressed. So, one must be internally pure. Never take Saint's sermons as unserious because they are very much compassionate. On those He bestows the holy grace, sometimes He scrutinizes them too and in this way too He blesses them with more happiness. So one always be polite and never be egoistic. Those who do start business or deceive others with the resort to Ashram they remains deprived of internal happiness. And this is 100% wrong to move in this way. You must learn to abide by the holy sermons then only you would be blessed with holy grace and immense happiness. On the contrary, defying the holy sermons you would be ensnared in sorrows, worries and tensions.
