Modern lifestyle and stress unleashes various psychosomatic problems and makes one vulnerable to disease under the pressure of development. This price is being paid by way of tensions, worries, depression etc. Unable to cope with stress, people take recourse to horrible acts like suicide. The only antidote is the practice of meditation. More and more people are standing on the threshold of suicide, distraught and jarred by pressures of various sorts. In India, the poor farmers are additionally vulnerable. In the world, two million people commit suicide every year. Guruji teaches free meditation to strengthen the will power. By actually practicing meditation, ones self confidence surges and instead of resorting to cowardly acts, one can face troubles with courage. "One who kills himself is the greatest sinner. God has given the life to live, it should not be vanquished. Live life as a treasure given by God. Miseries or happiness are the result of deeds. Don't entertain even the thought of committing suicide. Solutions of all the problems are possible by meditation. So, committing suicide is the darkest sin. Save yourself, never do it."
