'Shah Satnam Ji Dham', Sirsa, Haryana

Shah Satnam Ji Dham

This Ashram is magnificently situated at 5 km from Shah Mastana ji Dham, Sirsa on Sirsa-Chopta road, Shah Satnam Singh Ji marg. Dera Sacha Sauda was established by Beparawah Mastana Ji since 52 years ago. However, Param Pita Shah Satnam Ji Dham is constructed a few years back.

Motive for its construction

This Ashram's construction was started on 24th May 1993 and was finished on October, 1993. On 31st October 1993, His Holiness Present Guruji conducted an impressive monthly satsang [spiritual discourse]. Earlier, 18-20 feet sand dunes were found at this place. On visualizing this unprecedented spiritual complex, no one can believe on the history of this place. Indeed, this seems to be a masterpiece of sachkhand [eternal abode]. To construct and institute such a large building in short span of time is a stunning fact. It would not be any kind of exaggeration to call this as a miracle by the Almighty. There is a vast history for the purpose of its construction. Basically, this Ashram is erected in accordance with the holy precepts of Beparwah Mastana Ji Maharaj and Param Pita shah Satnam Singh Ji Maharaj. In other words, this is the materialization of Divine sermons. Foundation of Dera Sacha Sauda: - Dera Sacha Sauda was founded by Beparwah Mastana Ji Maharaj in 1948. On acting upon the sacred preaching of Baba Sawan Singh Ji Maharaj, His Holiness started to promote the Divine name. Significance of its name: - What is the meaning of Sacha Sauda? Sach signifies Ishwar, Allah, Ram, Waheguru, Paramatmaand God. And the word Sauda reflects to recite the name of Supreme Power without any kind of offering, ostentation and hypocrisy. That means, to practice meditation on the name of Almighty is so called as Sacha Sauda in its truest sense.

Why to christen it as Sacha Sauda?

While laying the foundation of Dera Sacha Sauda Mastana Ji Dham, situated at 3 km from Sirsa city, Beparwah Mastana Ji Maharaj sermonized, "This Sacha Sauda has been into existence since time immemorial. This is not a new religion, cult, sect or wave rather this is the confluence of all religions. Here, all the religions are respected heartily without any kind of discrimination. All people all considered equal and the lesson of humanity along with the spirituality is taught here". Once Beparwah Ji did precept, "This is the same Sacha Sauda, which was started and taught by Guru Nanak Dev ji. In the holy scripture, Gurbaani, it is scribed as:-
"Sacha Sauda Harinam hai, Sacha vapaara Raam. Gurmat Harinaam vanjeeye, Atimol afara Raam."
His Holiness Param Pitaji further added, "This Sacha Sauda is not constructed with anyone's own will and wish. This is instituted just because of the divine ordinance. One day, each and everyone will salute and greet here. Sacha Sauda will be popular all around the globe." The Ashram has been expanding in accordance with the elevating count of devotes. In 1958, some of the devotees asked Beparwah Ji, "How this Ashram would be managed after your departure from this mortal world?" Beparwah Ji instantly replied, "Although you are being with US since a long time back yet you have deemed and recognized US a human being!!! This Ashram has not been built by any man; it's been here just with the Divine disposal. None would be courageous enough to blame or create conspiracies against Dera Sacha Sauda in anyway. The royal treasure bestowed by Sawan Shah ji to US is kept as it is. Not even a penny has been spent from that. WE have been distributing mere clothes, silver and gold. However, the next spiritual successor to US can distribute gems and diamonds too. WE had been erected, destroyed and reconstructed the buildings; but the next one would be capable enough to institute the readymade heavenly buildings. Concourse of devotees would be thronged here." Beparwah Ji again sermonized, "WE will work in the personified third spiritual successor. As sunrise and the moon disperse the light and coolness respectively and no one could resist these natural phenomena. Same way, when WE will be back as the third spiritual successor, the holy slogan [Dhan Dhan Satguru Tera Hi Asra] will be most popular and resonant in each corner of the globe". On asking the question how the arrangements for such a large spiritual community will be managed, His Holiness Beparawh ji replied. "Third spiritual successor will bring readymade heavenly buildings on the earth, and that will be quite ineffable. All of the requisite articles and commodities will be owned by the Ashram itself. HE will visit far and distant places to impart the Gurumantra [method of meditation] to the masses.
"Sant vachan palte nahi, palat jaye Brahmand"
Once, Beparawah ji was visiting Nejia Ashram with some of the volunteers. Due to immense heat and sunshine, His Excellency Sai Ji rested under the shed of a tree for a while and sermonized, "Neither you nor US, not even this tree will see that innumerable people will be visiting here. Every kind of fruits and dry fruits will be grown, and much more complexes and constructions will be here." With the passage of time, there was a pucca road connecting Sirsa-Chaupta-Bhadra. After that, ample water and electricity arrangements were made here. Tube wells were erected by the people in their farms. So, it became a populated area. Most of the people deemed it only as the materialization of holy precepts. However, on visualizing 'Param Pita Shah Satnam Ji Dham' at the place of hillocks and dunes, everyone was stunned. None even could imagine that. With the holy grace, each and every crop has been harvesting here and the charm and glamour of this Ashram is never hidden from anyone, rather can be experienced even by the blind ones. Thus this Ashram was established here in accordance with the holy sermons. Gradually, the graph indicating pupils was moving upwards. And pavilion of Shah Mastana Ji Dham was not enough to accommodate the sangat [spiritual discourse]. The land in close proximity of Dera was purchased and celebration of Beparwahji's birthday was organized there. However, before the love of sadh sangat, all these arrangements made in the wide area even were not spacious enough. A few managing committee members requested Guruji to erect a larger satsang pavilion and Param Pitaji uttered, "Now, WE will not purchase the land here; rather, will buy in Nejia village and construct an Ashram there. Much more buildings are planning to be erected. His Holiness repeated the same to purchasing the land and asked the volunteers to not to make haste". With this only motive, a portion of land was purchased in Nejia and Param Pitaji made that place holy by visiting there personally. Wherever Param pitaji kept HIS holy feet on the dunes, the entire land was purchased. On getting the spiritual apostleship, present Guruji granted to build an Ashram here and on acting upon these precepts the construction work was started.

A glance on converting the sand dunes into sacred Ashram

On 24th May 1993, the work for carrying away the soil was started. Numerous devotees were engaged in this seva along with their tractors and trolleys. The passion among them was kept on ascending. To utilize the entire soil, a few representatives of the Ashram urged His Holiness to purchase the hollow land which was in closeness to Sirsa city. The process of carrying away the soil and putting it to the newly purchased land was ongoing. This seva [selfless services] would start from 3:00 AM and lasted up to 10:00 PM without any halt or cessation. This way, the work which had to be finished in years, was completed within 2-3 months. A mobile workshop for repairing the vehicles was also prepared. All of the volunteers were working there for 18-20 hours regularly. But not any kind or tiredness or tension was perceived on their faces. Rather all of them were seemed to be imbued with the hue of spirituality. Blessed are those devotees, who were working there despite scorching heat and warm soil. Everyone was intended to do more seva to get more blessings and spiritual joy. The affection and love conferred by His holiness Guru ji upon them is also beyond narration. Although revered Guru ji always perform every kind of work Himself; yet, gives best rewards to the volunteers. His Holiness Guruji used to sermonize, "Selfless services never go fruitless. And the seva, on acting upon the holy precepts, always blossoms and results positively. When a person does not keep the wages of a labor with himself, is the Almighty careless to let a volunteer deprived of anything? No, never! He bestows immense ecstasy and eternal and transcendental blessings." There are many incidences depicting the same that not only the spiritual happiness is bestowed upon them; rather physical severe diseases also got cured. Inhabitants of the Sirsa City are deponent of the fact that it was very much difficult to walk on that path due to the hot environment, and there was not any sign of greenery even. It was fearful of crossing this way. But, today the fantabulous building of the Ashram is an unprecedented miracle in itself. During this seva, despite scorching heat Revered Guruji kept on sitting with the volunteers without any tent or shed of a tree and providing them the supernatural grace to keep them afresh spiritually and physically both.
