The 17th Sacred Letter Deepened the Sacred Connection | A Reminiscence of Divine Moments of September 23, 1990 | Guru Ka Patra

In the spiritual journey, a disciple's heart longs for that one profound message from their Guru, a sign that connects them to their spiritual guide. When this longing is finally fulfilled, the moment becomes truly priceless. Such was the experience of the devoted disciples of Dera Sacha Sauda on September 23, 2023, as they received the 17th sacred letter from their beloved Guru, Saint Dr. MSG.

In this remarkable message, Guruji not only conveyed his love, benevolence, and blessings but also shared the sacred moments when He was entrusted with the spiritual leadership of Dera Sacha Sauda. The disciples' hearts overflowed with devotion and gratitude upon hearing Guru Ji's words.

This profound connection between Guru and disciples serves as a reminder that the spiritual bond transcends time and space, offering solace and guidance to all who seek it.

17th Pious Letter by Revered Saint Dr. MSG

To our dear children, Trust/Management Committee, and servitors, many congratulations and blessings to all of you on the pious occasion of the 33rd ‘Maha Paropkar Diwas!’

Dhan Dhan Satguru Tera Hi Aasra

Diligently engage in Akhand Simran (continuous meditation) and conduct two weekly Naam-Charchas. Our millions of beloved disciples, today I am going to share with you some pious moments of the beginning of this day of ‘Bhandara.’

On the spiritual and radiant evening of 22-9-1990, when my supreme lord and Guru, Shah Satnam Ji Maharaj, graciously welcomed me and had me sit before him in the luminous Gufa (TeraVaas). Initially, Guru Ji inquired of this humble servant (I), "Are you well? Is your entire family in good health?" This servant (I) replied, "Satguru Ji, it's all your grace." Then Guru Ji turned to Bapu Ji and asked, "Do you want to say something?" With folded hands, Bapu Ji humbly responded, "Pitaji, he is everything to me and as he belongs to you now, so take our home, our property and wealth, everything. Please grant us a room in the Dera (Ashram). We will stay here and continue to seek your and his pious glimpses day and night.” Upon hearing all of this, Data Ji (Param Pitaji) was very pleased and, out of deep emotions, He spoke, "Son, I have taken the most precious treasure of yours. I desire nothing more. You should take care of these young children. And whenever you summon us or remember us (with a gesture towards himself and me, a humble servant), we will come to you.” Then Data Ji made this servant sit next to him and, while giving his blessings, declared, "From today, I enrich Him with the spiritual treasure of both worlds. He will henceforth dedicate himself to all the spiritual works." Saying this, Data Ji placed his pious hand on this humble servant's head and patted the shoulder. After witnessing all of this, this servitor(I) was profoundly moved. This humble servitor then made a request to Data Ji, as I am still very young, I request you to stay with me and guide me in all these endeavors. Data Ji, feeling elated, replied, 'I will guide you in all these tasks. Do not worry; we will do everything ourselves.' On the 23rd of September, 1990, Data Ji adorned this servitor with a radiant garland in front of the entire congregation and, while giving the sacred prasad, proclaimed, 'From now on, it's not you, but I who will work through you. We were, we are, and we shall always be.' Data Ji reiterated these sermons to all servitors and disciples numerous times, and also added, ‘I would continue doing spiritual work in this body for at least 50-60 years.’

So, our dear children, I, your MSG Guru, bestow upon you the promise that 'I shall beseech the Lord, the Satguru for bestowing oceans of abundant joys, will fulfill your greatest desire and foster unity amongst you all by coming amongst you. The Almighty will grant it soon. Blessings!'
