Revered Saint Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan (addressed as "Pita Ji" by over 50 million faithful followers presently) exhorts that the word 'Guru' is made up of two syllables 'Gu' and 'Ru' where 'Gu' indicates dark and 'Ru' reflects light which means, one who shows the lamp of knowledge in the fort of darkness. One must obey whatever Guru says because true Saint never instructs to do wrong. Guru always says to recite God's Words and inspires man to have selfless mutual love with all. We all are the children of one God and one who recites God's Words (Gurumantra), God bestows HIS, holy grace and compassion upon that person. Saints always inspire man to move on the path of truth.
One must always refrain from back biting and slandering because a slanderer might show-off as a good devotee but in reality he is worse than a common man as censuring lets the man to ruin his life. Exemplifying through an anecdote Revered Guru Ji said that once a man asked from sage, Valmiki Ji which is the worst sin a man can commit in a single moment and repents for the whole life for his committed mistake. Valmiki ji replied in a single word, "censuring".
Back biting is the worst sin ever and those who commit this heinous sin they have to face the hellish life and they never get the happiness for whole life. As per the Sikhism, if one says anything bad against others then it is no way beneficial, rather it is harmful for a person and one feels restless for such people are driven by their mann (negative aspect of mind) and they are insulted in both the worlds.
Saints always teach that one must never ill against anyone because if a person raises one finger towards anyone then three fingers automatically are raised towards him. That means other than finding faults in others one must find one's own faults. Have you never ever committed any bad deed through your thoughts, tongue or actions? If yes, then why proclaim others? On quitting one's own faults one can see that God is never away from a person, HE resides within oneself. A section of people pretend to be devotees and keep on listening to Satsang but remains engrossed in back biting and slandering; such people are like a snake, since a snake in proximity with sandal tree never lets the poison out of its bag. Similarly such people remain serene in the spiritual boundary but as soon as out of it they start back stabbing.
Saints never advise anything that is harmful on the contrary they preach to recite God's Words, do good unto others and try to bring others in divine sanctuary who are entangled in evil doing. If it is not possible for one to do it then at least one can pray to God with pure heart, it would definitely be acceded by Almighty, God. Some people start cursing others when they are angry. Those who consider themselves as noble and virtuous ones they must discover the exact actuality about themselves by coming to Satsang. One must start meditation initially with five minutes and then keep on increasing the time gradually. When one acquires the spiritual exhilaration then repents over the time wasted. One definitely receives abundance of holy grace and compassion if one keeps on meditating.
