20th Garv Diwas – Celebrating the Shah Satnam Ji Green S Welfare Committee

Shah Satnam Ji Green ‘S’ Garv Diwas honors the invaluable contributions of millions of Shah Satnam Ji Green S Welfare Committee volunteers serving humanity with their dedication and selfless efforts. 

During August, members from across the country participate in traditional games invented by Saint Dr MSG Insan and celebrate the Garv Diwas with a 2-day National Sport Competition. This year’s Garv Diwas games have already begun in the MSG Khel Gaav Premises on Sunday. 

Today, the Shah Satnam Ji Green S Welfare Committee is leading the humanitarian activities with the guidance of Saint Dr Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan. We are honoring their selfless service and true heroism on this Volunteers' Pride Day.

The Shah Satnam Ji Green S Welfare Committee was founded on February 21, 2001, by Saint Dr Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan with the mission to provide rapid humanitarian aid during disasters.

The force comprises over 70000+ trained volunteers, including doctors, engineers, paramedics, and people from diverse skill trades who go through rigorous training in ground rescue, structural collapse rescue, first aid, and more to offer timely relief.

Over the last two decades, the Shah Satnam Ji Green S Welfare Committee has been actively contributing to acts of selfless service, including flood relief and social awareness campaigns against Female Foeticide, drug addiction, and prostitution.

From Sundar Lal, the man who single-handedly rescued 90 people during the 2023 Haryana floods, to millions of warriors ready to provide immediate disaster relief, the members of Shah Satnam Ji Green S Welfare Committee have set up examples of real-life heroism with their actions.

In fact, many volunteers from this force have pledged in writing for the act of posthumous body and eye donation, and thousands of them have fulfilled their oath with the pious guidance from Saint Dr Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan.

The remarkable legacy of their service includes 22 Guinness World Records, such as the extraordinary ‘largest human droplet formation’ with 10563 volunteers arrayed as a symbolic droplet of blood, giving the message to donate blood.

Their 44 Asia Book of Records and 3 Limca Book of World Records are a living proof of their mission to serve humanity beyond boundaries.
