Yaad-E-Murshid Camp is an annual event held at Dera Sacha Sauda Sirsa, Haryana. This year, 31st Free Eye camp will be held from December 12th to 15th. Thousands of people have received the gift of sight in this series so far. Thanks to the saintly direction and inspiration of Saint Dr. Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan for this incredible gift to the needy ones.
Small steps toward humanity can turn into the biggest ones and be able to travel thousands of miles. Dera Sacha Sauda took one such step in 1992 by organising free mega eye camp in the sacred memory of His Holiness Shah Satnam Singh Ji Maharaj, which has changed the lives of numerous people by illuminating their darkness. All the Covid-19 guidelines given by the government will be taken into consideration throughout the camp.
Surgeries and Best Treatment to Eyes to Regain Vision
To begin with, the management committee of Dera Sacha Sauda would extend holy prayers to the Almighty along with the Holy slogan ‘Dhan Dhan Satguru Tera Hi Aasra’. Shah Satnam Ji Research & Development Foundation arranges the camp under the National Blindness Control Program. The free cataract operations will be carried out for the poor and needy patients in state-of-the-art surgical suite at Shah Satnam Ji Speciality Hospital, Sirsa. Free medicines and spectacles shall also be given to the patients with refractive errors. Thousands of people undergo a check-up during the month of December every year. This camp is basically aimed to help people suffering from eye disorders and diseases who do not have access to medical treatment, regardless of their caste, religion, colour, or social distinctions
Commendable Voluntary Services
Volunteers from various parts of India as well as abroad will be participating in this camp to render their services to all the patients free of cost. In addition to accompanying the patients to the screening room, the volunteers would also take them to the waiting area. They will be taking complete care of the patients starting from their food, accommodation, and post-surgical care. The Shah Satnam Ji Speciality Hospital has operation theatres where the patients who have been selected for procedures will begin receiving surgical care on December 12. The specialists eye surgeons and couple of eye specialists across India will render their services in this mega camp. Each year from Dec 12th to 15th, this mega free eye camp is organized to commemorate Revered Saint Shah Satnam Singh Ji Maharaj.

The patients will undergo screening free of cost for eye ailments like cornea, glaucoma, retina, squint etc., and cataract removal surgeries will be carried out in this camp. Please carry all your reports and Aadhar card or any other identity card with you. Registration will start from 10th of December. So, hurry up, get yourself registered and be ready to see the nature’s beauty again bestowed by the Divine!!!
