Volunteers of Dera Sacha Sauda celebrated the holy incarnation day i.e. 15th Aug, 2014 by conducting a Cleanliness Campaign in Ilford, London, UK. Six such campaigns have already been conducted by them. The camp was a major achievement and was a centre of attraction for all with the pious blessings of Revered Saint Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan. More than 60 members of Shah Satnam Ji Green 'S' Welfare Force Wing from all over England viz. London, Birmingham, Cardiff, Surrey, Luton and Manchester played their major role in the Cleanliness Campaign. Disciples from Belgium & Spain, females along with their kids and few expectant mothers also participated in the campaign. The drive was started at 11.00 AM and concluded at 1.30PM and 12 streets were properly cleaned. 400 trash bins of around 1500 kg junk material were collected. Everyone was highly amazed and inspired by their dedication. Lots of people filled up the pledge forms that from now onwards, they will keep the surroundings clean and will throw the waste in trash only. The drive was accomplished with the assistance of administration and Red-bridge council of Environmental Department. Mr. Rob (A member of the environment team from the local Red-bridge Council) was very pleased by the overall success of this Cleanliness Camp and thanked Revered Guru Ji. He said, "I have never found any Saint motivating the disciples to conduct the humanitarian activities to this extent". He was greatly impressed by the volunteers of Dera Sacha Sauda serving humanity and conducting such cleanliness campaigns in order to keep the environment clean and diseases free. Also, a senior local Metropolitan Police officer was amazed and eager to know about the dress code (Shah Satnam Ji Green 'S' Welfare Force Wing uniform) and reason for gathering. Apparently, they were pleased to know about Dera Sacha Sauda and the Welfare Works carried out by its members that he captured their picture to be posted on a social networking site - Twitter.
